trip East to Stillwater, MN. Stillwater is the “birthplace” of Minnesota and
was built upon the logging industry. The gorgeous bluff with 7 steeples and
historic lift bridge have made this town a favorite for movie shots. Drop the
guys off for golf at the incredibly scenic Saint Croix National course, while
the ladies tour the town’s antiques and specialty shops and walk along the

Como Zoo and Como Park Conservatory Como Zoo is home to lions, tigers, bears,
giraffes, monkeys, etc. and is one of only a few zoos its size in the country
that is FREE! The conservatory is home to the beautiful Sunken Gardens,
featuring seasonal flower displays year-round, along with many other exotic
plants and gardens making this a must see anytime of the year. Como
Park Conservatory / Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Park The Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Park
is the largest glass-domed botanical garden in the region. Located in Saint
Paul’s Como Park, the garden occupies one-half acre under glass, and includes
the seasonal one acre Como Ordway Memorial Japanese Garden to the north, and the
Enchanted Garden and Frog Pond Landscape to the east.

Park Zoo Como zoo is home to a variety of endangered
animals. Gorillas, orangutans, lemurs, snow leopards, Grevy's zebra and other

Golf Course The Como 18 Hole Golf Course is nestled behind
the historic Como Park Conservatory and just across Lexington Parkway from the
scenic Lake Como. The Course has a par 70, plays 5821 yards from the back tees,
and has a rating of 68.5 and a slope of 115. Torturous bunkers, several
prominent ponds & trees, and undulating greens create an extremely daring
and challenging golf course.

Fort Snelling Perched high on the bluffs overlooking the
river valley is the birthplace of the Twin Cities, Fort Snelling. View the river
from above lined with colorful trees, wild grasses, and white sandstone bluffs.
A reconstructed 1820s U.S. Army Military Post, historic Fort Snelling has
costumed guides stationed throughout the site to answer questions and
demonstrate life in early Minnesota.
